Recent Holiday 94 East 3m Review: "Chose this hotel for nearby relatives. Booked two non-smoking rooms. Both were very clean, however one room smelled a little of smoke. Since we were going to be out of the hotel for a wedding within an hour, we asked for the room to be aired out. They did so while we were gone and the room was fine. Wished they included breakfast although we were told  there was a breakfast buffet in one of the restaurants as we were leaving, but had already decided on Denny's one exit east. Beds were very comfortable. Was also amazed at the instant hot water to come out of the tap in the bathroom sink! Fifth floor, very quiet."
