Recent Best Western Kelly Saint Review: "I stayed at the Kelly Inn for 4 days, while visiting relatives and also attending to some business. It was a far nicer experience than I expected. I travel a LOT for work and am accustomed to all kinds of accommodations. The room was extremely CLEAN. I stayed at a time when there were virtually no conventions or large meetings, so perhaps I was lucky--it  was extremely quiet during the entire 4 days. Thanks go out to another reviewer on this site, who urged asking for an EVEN-numbered room. I had a spectacular view of the beautiful St. Paul Cathedral. Walking distance to the Cathedral, the Capitol Buillding and the Minnesota Historical Society. VERY EASY access on to main artery freeways. A restaurant in the lobby-food wasn't GREAT, but it wasn't horrible. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. My 1st time staying at the Kelly....I'll have to return to St. Paul for future travels, and would not hesitate to book here again. Also: I was a single woman traveling alone and staying in this hotel, and I felt completely safe. This is always important."
